Applied across your entire floor with a roller, it creates a smooth base setting the tone of your floor. The base coat will shine through in places in your overall design, choose white for lighter finishes or grey or black for darker designs. This coat also seals and primes your floor, preparing it perfectly for step two; the Resincoat Metallic Epoxy Design Coat.
