1. Eligibility for Returns:
You may be eligible to return the purchased paint and coating products for a refund if the following conditions are met:
i. The return is requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
ii. The products are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
iii. The products are returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.
iv. The products are returned within 28 days from point of delivery.
2. Return Process:
a) To initiate a return, please fill out the Returns Form attached to the end of this Returns Policy, attaching evidence where applicable.
b) You will be expected to cover the expenses related to the return of the goods.
c) In turn, we will provide you with a courier service, suitable for the transportation of resin products. Please note: for non-UK mainland orders additional return costs may apply.
d) Once the returned products are received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return and eligibility for a refund.
3. Refund Eligibility and Processing:
a) If the returned products meet the eligibility criteria, as stated in Section 1, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days.
b) The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
c) Once a refund has been processed, please allow 3 - 5 working days for this to be reflected in your account, though this may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Re-stocking Fee
a) Under certain conditions, our business-to-customer (B2C) customers may be subject to a restocking fee of 35% for goods that are of merchantable quality, as determined by Resincoat Ltd.
b) Regarding B2B customers, a restocking fee of 50% may apply for goods that are of merchantable quality, as determined by Resincoat Ltd..
5. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return and refund, including but not limited to:
i. Custom-made or personalised paint and coating products, provided it is not defective.
ii. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
iii. Products that are not returned within the specified return period.
iv. Part of a bundle or single units (for example, either part A or B).
6. Damaged or Defective Products:
a) If you receive a damaged or defective product, please complete our Returns Form within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return for a refund, exchange or credit.
b) We will request supporting documentation, such as photographs, to assess the damage or defect before approving the return.
7. Discretionary Refusal of Returns:
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned products do not meet the specified conditions or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
8. Customer Responsibilities:
a) It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned products are packaged securely to avoid any damage during transit.
b) You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the return process, including contact details and order information.
9. Changes to Return and Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective from the date of publication on our website.
