APPLICATION GUIDE:
Preparation:
Before using this concrete filler kit ensure all surfaces are clean, firm, dry, free from all loose matter including dust, dirt, oil, grease, laitance and any other contaminants that may affect adhesion.
Application:
- Dispense a small amount of primer on to the repair site.
- Use the brush to coat all surfaces to be repaired thinly.
- Allow 20-30 minutes for the primer to become tacky. Apply a second coat if the surface is very porous.
- Move to step two while the primer is still tacky for best results.
- In the provided tin, combine 5kg of Pourable Concrete Filler with 1 to 1.1 litres of cold, clean tap water.
- Mix using the provided drill attachment at a slow speed for 3 minutes to achieve a smooth consistency. Ensure thorough mixing, especially near the tin sides.
- Tap the tin lightly to release any trapped air, then let stand for 2-3 minutes.
- Immediately pour the mixture into the repair site. Use a flat piece of wood or trowel to level if necessary.
- Allow the filler to dry for about four hours. If needed, smooth the edges with a high-quality abrasive pad.
Note: This product is self-levelling, suitable for floors and other flat surfaces.
